Rob Walton is the managing attorney of Law Offices of Robert S. Walton, PL. His primary areas of practice include estate planning, probate and trust administration, probate and trust litigation, and guardianship.
Mr. Walton graduated from the College of Charleston in 2007 double-majoring in History and Political Science. He earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2010. While at Stetson, Rob gained valuable experience working as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Amy Williams. His passion for helping people helped him win the American Association for Justice Trial Competition hosted by Stetson Law. The leadership skills and commitment to a life of service he learned as an Eagle Scout have helped define his approach to the practice of law. Upon graduating from Stetson, he began his practice with one of the largest estate planning firms in Tampa Bay from 2011 until December 2012, when he founded Law Offices of Robert S. Walton, PL.
Mr. Walton is licensed to practice law throughout the state of Florida. He is active in the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. He regularly provides pro bono services through Bay Area Legal Services and is especially committed to helping the elderly population of Florida. He credits his passion for serving the community to his parents and grandparents who have shown him the meaning of doing unto others what you would have them do unto you.
Mr. Walton is a graduate of the Hillsborough County Bar Leadership Institute Class of 2015. He completed his Master of Laws degree in Taxation at the University of Alabama School of Law's distance learning program in August 2018.
